2017 Annual Meeting and Conference

Our Board of Directors would like to announce that we will be having our 2017 Annual Membership Meeting and Conference on May 3rd and 4th at the CIRI Building.

 

PRE-REGISTRATION is required.  Please use the registration link below!

 

We will be in the conference rooms on the first floor.  (Please see map below with parking information).

 

If you would like to present this year, please send an e-mail to express your interest (along with what you would like to present) to Secretary@ASHME.org.

 

If you would like to purchase a table for our VENDOR Lunch (cost is $150, with 100% of the exhibitor fees being donated to the Ed Peck Memorial Scholarship to support Engineering College Students in Alaska), please send an e-mail to Secretary@ASHME.org.

 

Additionally, we have Conference Sponsorship levels available (for more information and ability to purchase Sponsorship, please visit "Sponsorship" tab on the left):

 

Platinum - Benefits include organizations logo, live homepage link, and line card link on ASHME's website.  Platinum sponsors will also be acknowledged and their logos will be prominently displayed on a bulletin board at every ASHME meeting.
 
Gold- Benefits include organizations logo and live homepage link on ASHME's website. 

Silver - Benefits include organizations logo on ASHME's website.
